(a) Data you voluntarily provide by email (info@optimio.es) or when booking a call via Google Calendar: name, email and whatever you choose to share about your project. (b) Browsing data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 processes pseudonymized usage data (see Cookie Policy).

To answer your enquiries and manage our business relationship (legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures). To analyze website usage to improve it (legal basis: your consent, revocable at any time).
4. Retention
We keep your contact data for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for the applicable legal periods. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We use providers acting as processors or third parties: Vercel Inc. (web hosting), Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4 and Google Calendar for scheduling calls). These providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Privacy Framework).
