Do you only do automations?
No — we build practically any custom software: full ERPs and CRMs, web applications, internal tools, integrations. Automation is one of our three service lines, not the only one.
When do I NOT need AI?
Most of the time. If your data is already structured (Excel, forms, APIs), a deterministic workflow is cheaper, faster and more reliable. AI only comes in when free text, scanned documents or natural language need interpreting.
Do I need an in-house tech team?
No. We deliver the system documented and provide basic training so your team can maintain it. If you'd rather not think about it, we offer ongoing support. You decide your level of autonomy.
How is the budget calculated?
Fixed price per project, not per hour. After the technical consultation you receive a written proposal with scope, phases and a fixed price. You know exactly what you're paying before we start.
What if something stops working?
Every system ships with monitoring and automatic alerts, plus rollback mechanisms on critical operations so no data is lost. We include 2–3 months of post-launch support, extendable if you need it.
