How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, which is why we don't publish rates. After the consultation we send you a written proposal with the scope, the phases and the price. You know what you'll pay before we start.
Can I start with a single module or pay in instalments while it's being built?
Yes. You can start with one part and extend it later, and payment can be split into monthly instalments while it's being built. We set this out in the proposal.
What if one day you can't continue?
The code, the access credentials and the documentation are handed over in phases, as the work is built. We use standard tools, not closed platforms.
Is the code mine?
By default, the code is yours once paid for: we hand over the code, the access credentials and the documentation. In some projects a usage licence makes sense; if so, we explain it in the proposal.
Can you help with a grant?
Yes. We can include preparing the technical part in the budget, at an additional cost agreed in the proposal.
Do I have to throw away what I already use?
Not necessarily. We replace the program you've outgrown and connect it to what already works.
When do I NOT need AI?
If your data is already structured (Excel, CSV, a database) and just needs moving between systems, you don't need AI: a plain process is cheaper, faster and more reliable. AI helps with unstructured data: scanned PDFs, emails with variable formats, non-standard documents.
What if I need support after delivery?
If you need support or maintenance after delivery, we agree on it in the proposal.
